FULL TIME: Unbeaten in 2026 - we go on!

Bucks booking. Ola Lawal for simulation, going down in the box as Cogman went down as his feet.

Bucks booking. Alex Fletcher into the book.

Gracey holds a low shot from substitute Caswell on the right of the box.

Martyrs double change.
ON: Caswell, Bourne. OFF: Jarvis, Twamley (who has incidentally just been booked).
We'll play a minimum of five additional minutes.
Dyer involved yet again, Williams, Lawal and Dinanga are options in the middle but Ammar takes the shot on, cutting in and firing too high to trouble Cogman.
Dyer advances swiflty on the left, Cogman dives to smother the low cross before it can reach Dinanga.

Double Bucks change.
ON: Jid Fridye-Harper, Rhys Hilton. OFF: Jimmy Armson, Jordan Cranston.
Dylan's second goal, simple as you like, really. The Bucks were set going forward by one of those Leshabela darting runs, he slid DAH through and Dylan steered the ball past the advancing Cogman, into the far corner.

Double Bucks change.
ON: Ola Lawal, Ricardo Dinanga. OFF: Remi Walker, Dylan Allen-Hadley.
Definitely Dylan!

One back for the hosts.
From a corner, Cole Jarvis has a couple of attempts at forcing the ball in before finally beating Gracey.
Armson strikes a dropping ball in the box as a challenge comes in, and the Martyrs contact gives the Buck a corner. It's delivered, cleared to Williams around the 'D', he can't get a shot away.
Williams is soon involved, sent away on the left and his cross in towards the near post is headed out by Smerdon for a corner. The Bucks can't threaten from that position on this occasion.

Bucks substitution.
ON: Charlie Williams. OFF: Jamie Meddows.
Gracey makes a good stop, rushing out to narrow the angle on a Martyrs forward.
The Bucks are readying Charlie Williams for an appearance from the bench.
Dylan has the ball in the net, put through against Cogman, but the flag goes up for offside to deny him.
We've had a stoppage for an injury to Jamie Meddows, he's now looking to rejoin the game from the far touchline.
The Bucks score a third and Walker steers a shot past Cogman from a few yards out after Meddows makes ground on the left of the box to pick him out.
Remi joins in!

Close!
My word, Jimmy Armson directs a header just wide to Cogman's right from a Meddows cross, Jamie slipped through by Walker on the left.
Bucks booking.
Khanya Leshabela collects a yellow.

Two Martyrs substitutions at the interval.
ON: John, Cox ๐ K.Evans, Xavier Jones.

We're back in progress...
HALF TIME: Things kicked off a bit between the coaching teams and then the players as the sides left the field at the interval. I think Merthyr were unhappy with Armson's reaction, although other sources have told me Jimmy was the target of a headbutt.
HALF TIME: Apology incoming! I credited Dylan with our second goal and it was Ammar Dyer's, a third of the season for him.

The Bucks double their lead on the stroke of half-time.
Allen-Hadley cuts into the box on the right of the box and fires low across Cogman to find the far corner.

Dylan again!

Merthyr red card!
Lucas is shown a straight red for pushing Armson over.
The Bucks dealt with some Martyrs pressure and then a home player goes down in the area, claiming a penalty for a push in the back. The referee is unmoved by that.

Gracey saves!
The Bucks keeper concedes a corner with a save to his right. The Bucks then defend the set-piece as the officials announce at least an additional four minutes will be played.

It's Martyrs assistant manager Andrew Smith who was booked.
The Martyrs have their best chance of the game as Lucas is set free on the left, the Bucks a little out of position, but he drags his shot wide of Gracey's left hand and the far post.

Martyrs booking.
One of the Merthyr coaching staff is shown a yellow card.
Allen-Hadley's pace is making the hosts' defence a little wary. He's involved again and a Walker surge down the left and into the box might open up a shooting lane. It doesn't, Remi finds Khanya Leshabela, his shot is blocked.
Evans chases a ball played through the air and just inside Cranston, the ball is centred and a Buck slices a clearance high, Piggott covers the error.
Tom Handley strikes the free-kick and it hits a Bucks player and deflects high over Gracey's bar for a corner. The Bucks defend the kick from the left quadrant successfully.
The Martyrs are awarded a free-kick, centrally, maybe thirty yards out, this poses a threat...
The Bucks make progress up the right with Dyer, he delivers a cross but it's a little too high for any colleagues in red and drops into space harmlessly at the near post.
The Bucks' pressing of the Martyrs defence as they try to play out turns the ball over, Armson the ball winner and Meddows taking an instant shot, blocked by Cogman. Jamie was, however, offside.
The deluge continues at Penydarren Park, I may have to ask the hosts Noah Smerdon for a seat on his ark as its biblical rain we're playing in.
Twamley is the springboard for the Martyrs' attacking. The hosts win a corner that a sodden Kevin Wilkin contests, and understandably, a strike on goal went too high, I've no clue who it hit on the way over Gracey's bar.
Merthyr wins a corner on the right, delivered and missed by a man at the far post. OK, the Bucks goal? A lovely finish from DAH, collecting the ball from slightly behind himself in the box from a header down from a free-kick, he tucks it inside Cogman's left post.
Dylan on song again!

Martyrs booking.
Jay Williams collects the game's first yellow card for a foul.
Play restarts with a drop ball and the Martyrs return the ball to the Bucks. Ammar has rejoined the game from the far touchline.
We've a stoppage, Ammar Dyer is injured and is down on the right edge of the Merthyr penalty area.
Cawthorne stops Twamley from moving the ball on dangerously down the centre. It's not all Merthyr, the Bucks are looking to exploit DAH's speed on the left.

Lewis Twamley's run into space on the right is found and he delivers a cross that a colleague makes contact with, but he sends it high into the night air and the Bucks deal with the dropping ball to clear.

A Martyrs attack is repelled, they quickly regroup and come again and Cawthorne has to be strong to halt Evans on the right of the box.

The Bucks' corner from the left brought a second corner from the same side, but no threat on Cogman's goal. The rain is bucketing it down here in Merthyr...
Gracey has already made a save with his legs to concede a corner at his near post, and now Bucks pressure on the ball forces a turnover, from which Armson instinctively tries to flick the ball goalwards. Cogman in goal can't keep it in, the Bucks get a corner...
