Macc have a free-kick and aim a big diagonal to the left of the box that comes off Heathcote's head and out for a goal-kick. He turns and gestures to the referee, hoping for somethng rather than expecting, I think.

Now Gale fires one over on the half-turn on the left of the box, that's hopeful and a bit wild.

Heathcote fires a shot wide, comfortably so, from 20 yards. The centre-half has gone up front, trying to make something happen, but that's not going to do it for the Silkmen.

Macc get a free-kick and Lacey will take it, 40 yards from goal, nothing frilly from Lacey, but the Bucks head his delivery away from goal.

Walker advances and tries to roll the ball into Meddows path but that's a bit too much of an ask of Jamie. Macc try to get it going and Matheson puts the ball too far ahead of himself in his hurry to make something happen, and out for a throw.

Dinanga plays a give and go on the right and almost gets Dyer's ball, Menayese stepping in to tap the ball out for a throw.

Gale throws Cawthorne to the floor in front of the Bucks' dugout, No booking, just a foul. That's frustration from Gale, who's had no change from Cawthorne.

Macc surrender possession on the right and Dinanga is through on Ravenhill, but sees his shot blocked from the angle.

Macc captain Dawson sends a low shot goalwards from 20 yards that takes a deflection but skips up into Gracey's grateful grasp.

The free-kick is sent through the air into the box this time, and the Buck sdefend the moment, but Macc are slowly edging closer to Gracey's goal.

Macc are awarded a bit of a soft free-kick and they take it short to Heathcote, who strikes a low shot off a Bucks player and... oh, Mr Henry wasn't ready, they'll get a chance to retake. Fletcher isn't happy.

The pace of the game has dropped from the first half but Macc find a way though, and Gracey saves low to his left from Buckley-Ricketts, who looked odds-on to score.

Heathcote thumps the ball long for Gale, up the right, Gale misses it with his head and and Gracey eventually collects.

HALF TIME: A super half from the Bucks.

Into the fifth minute of added time...

The corner causes consternation and a couple of Bucks are present but the ball won't drop for them and Macc get the ball under control and away.

The Bucks apply pressure on the man in possession again and again and turn the ball over, Ammar Dyer's cross then earns a corner on the right.

Gracey partially clears the corner but the ball is fired back at Gracey by Kacper Pasiek from 12 yards. The keeper holds, right in front of his face.

Macc are coming back into this game a little, and DAH heads the ball away from a Macc player at the far post to concede a corner.

Leshabela is penalised for a foul on Dawson, centrally, 30 yards from goal. Macc choose to go to the left with the delivery, looking for the heads of an assembled group, but Ammar Dyer clears.

We now have a stoppage for some attention to Adan George, Beth Lewis is having a busy evening and walks to the touchline with Adan, who soon rejoins the game.

Williams has rejoined the game but is down again within seconds and I suspect Charlie's involvement this evening may be over.

The corner is delivered to the near post and Dawson heads clear.

The Bucks win a corner on the right and before it's taken, we have a stoppage for treatment to Charlie Williams. He leaves the field with physio Beth Lewis.

Paul Dawson sends a rising shot too high to trouble Gracey from the edge of the box.

The Bucks go two up and what a super goal from Adan George, who spun away from a defender and onto a low ball through the back line, before rifling an angled shot low across Ravenhill and into the far corner.

The Bucks earn a free-kick a few yards in from the corner flag on the right, but the delivery isn't up to scratch.

Dylan Allen-Hadley makes a terrific surge with the ball up the left but a Macc defender comes across to clear. From the restart, play goes back to the Bucks' box and Cawthorne and Fletcher help to clear the danger.

The Bucks deal with the corner successfully.

After some Telford possession around the box ends with no goal attempt, Macc get forward and Duffy's cross evades a man at the near post and then Buckley-Ricketts at the far post too, but Macc get a corner.

Gracey catches a dipping effort aimed goalwards from wide on the left by Paul Dawson.

Macc appeals for a penalty for a tug on Luke Duffy by Jamie Meddows are waved away by referee Scott Henry. Macc players and fans share frustration that nothing was given.

The Silkmen go close to a quick leveller, Luke Matheson's ball across the box evading Isaac Buckley-Ricketts and passing wide.

The Bucks hit the front early, and after a lengthy stoppage for treatment to keeper Rogan Ravenhill after a collision with Adan George, play restarts, and Cawthorne arrives at the near post to head past the barely recovered keeper.
